On the second day of the conference, Freek Van der Herten, the founder of Spatie and an experienced software developer, took the stage to present his talk From git init to Packagist. He demonstrated how to integrate HelpSpace in a new Laravel package. This package enables developers to display important customer information directly in HelpSpace while handling tickets, which can significantly improve customer support.
The package is now available on GitHub, making it easy for developers to integrate it into their Laravel apps. By utilizing this package, developers can respond to customer inquiries faster and more efficiently, providing a better customer experience.
